Lemon & Shine Co. will email you an invoice within 24 hrs once your clean is complete. Payments can be made by e-transfer or cash. Lemon & Shine Co. requires same-day payment.
Our team cleans Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 4:30PM and is closed for all statutory holidays. If you are interested in weekend and evening cleanings, please inquire about availability.
We are currently servicing all of Halifax Regional Municipality.
Lemon & Shine Co. is closed on all statutory holidays. All scheduled cleans that land on a STAT holiday will be cancelled and we will do our best to move your clean to another day that week. If we are fully booked you will be added to the cancellation list.
Yes, we’ve got you covered! No need to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment.
Absolutely, but you don’t need to be. If you cannot be home during your Lemon & Shine Co. clean you can leave us with a key or door code, we would be happy to let ourselves in.
Yes, please! We know that sounds a little funny, but we would greatly appreciate a declutter before your cleaner arrives.
Yes, we love all the furry friends! Please give us notice before the clean of the type of pet and if your four-legged friend has any quirks or if they need to be kennelled. If your pet is aggressive or our team member feels unsafe, you must kennel your pet or have them outside or in garage during the clean. Any pet messes will be decided by the cleaners if they choose to clean up.
We do not do dishes and laundry during our regular and deep cleans. Please let us know if you require those services in advance, and add-on's can be added.
Customer satisfaction is our primary goal, if something isn’t just as you like it, let us know, and we will do our best to make it right.
Life happens, and we get it! However, please respect the time and organization of our company and let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you fail to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your service, you will be charged 30% of your service. If you are cancelling or freezing your cleaning services we do require 14 days notice.
Absolutely! While house cleaning is necessary, we believe it can be done in environmentally friendly ways. As such, we strive to use eco-friendly and non-toxic products to look out for both you, us and the environment at large. If this is something you also value, place your request before we arrive, and we would be happy to accommodate.
We always try to send the same cleaner to each household. However, sometimes we have to switch up the team!
Tips are not expected nor required but always appreciated by the Lemon & Shine Co. cleaners. Tips can be added on extra when sending payment, 100% of the tip goes straight to your cleaner.
